For locations outside these areas, orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability. 4. Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return or refund. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items, and claims must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the order. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
