Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. The item should be:

Unused
In its original packaging
Include all accompanying accessories or labels

Perishable goods, such as frozen or fresh items, can only be returned if they are spoiled or defective upon arrival.

A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product if necessary. Depending on product availability, we may offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within three (3) to seven (7) business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Products returned due to change of mind
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Opened and used products unless proven to be defective
Perishable items unless they were faulty or damaged upon arrival

Exchanges
